Product Description
Boiler economizers are heat exchange devices with finned tubes that heat liquids (typically water) to temperatures approaching but not exceeding the liquid's boiling point. We manufacture three types of boiler economizers:
  • Bare tube economizers
  • H-finned tube economizers
  • Spiral finned tube economizers
The H-finned tube economizer is a high-efficiency heat exchanger consisting of H-finned tubes. Compared to bare tube economizers, H-finned models provide:
  • Expanded heat exchange surface area
  • Reduced number of required tubes
  • Increased flue gas flow area to decrease flow speed and abrasion
Our double H-finned tubes feature enhanced rigidity for long tube row applications. The spiral finned economizer represents innovative heat transfer technology, utilizing spiral fin tubes to address abrasion issues and extend service life.
